Yavar Khan Block Factory
Lighter buildings. Stronger structures. Built for today.
Fully-automatic production of lightweight and ultra-lightweight concrete blocks — at least 200,000 units every month.
From block to wall
One lightweight block
Every Yavar Khan block is made with lightweight aggregate and a hollow core — which is what makes it lighter than an ordinary block.
From block to wall
Course by course
Lighter units make bricklaying faster. Each course is laid half a block over, so no joint sits on the joint below it.
From block to wall
A lighter wall
Less load on the building's frame, and better heat and sound insulation than a wall of ordinary blocks.
Why Yavar Khan
Quality that starts on the production line
Every Yavar Khan block comes off a fully-automatic line with continuous quality control.
Fully Automatic
State-of-the-art machinery with minimal human intervention.
High Capacity
At least 200,000 lightweight blocks produced per month.
Year-Round Production
A fully-covered production line with no seasonal downtime.
Consistent Quality
Minimal variation from the first to the last unit of every shipment.
Inside A Lightweight Block
Every block is precision-engineered
From raw-material selection to final quality control, every stage follows strict industrial precision.
- 01
Raw Materials
Cement, lightweight aggregate and water — mixed with industrial precision
- 02
Forming
Molded on metal pallets with a 30-ton press and 4 vertical vibrators
- 03
Curing
Steam-cured in a controlled temperature and humidity chamber
- 04
Thermal & Acoustic Insulation
Hollow-core structure gives better insulation than standard blocks
- 05
Lightweight
Reduces structural dead load and speeds up construction
- 06
Quality Control
Final inspection before packaging and loading
Production Process
How It's Made
From raw material to loading dock — how Yavar Khan produces its lightweight concrete blocks.
- 01
Batching & Mixing
Raw materials are precisely measured and fed into a mixer with a combined capacity of 100 m³ per hour.
- 02
Transfer & Molding
After mixing, material moves via conveyor belt into the fully-automatic fixed machine and is molded onto metal pallets.
- 03
Vibration & Pressing
Mold filling happens simultaneously with four vertical vibrators and a 30-ton press.
- 04
Transfer To Curing
Collector robots and forklifts move the pallets of blocks to the steam-curing halls.
- 05
Quality Control
After the appropriate time at high temperature and humidity, blocks pass quality control.
- 06
Packaging & Strapping
Handling, packaging, and strapping are carried out on the finished product.
- 07
Numbering & Loading
Blocks are numbered and dated, then moved to the output line for storage or loading.

FAQ
Short answers to common questions
If your question isn't answered here, our team is a phone call away.
How is the price of Yavar Khan lightweight blocks quoted?
Pricing depends on the product (load-bearing, partition, double-wall or the standard 8-cavity block), order volume and delivery destination. Call +98 914 116 3866 or send the contact form and our team will get back to you with a current quote.
How does a lightweight block differ from an ordinary concrete block?
Lightweight aggregate and a hollow structure mean the block puts less load on the building's frame and insulates better against heat and sound than an ordinary block. Lighter units also speed up wall construction on site.
Which block should I choose — load-bearing, partition or double-wall?
The load-bearing 20 block is for walls that carry structural load, the partition 10 block for internal and dividing walls, and the double-wall 20 block for exterior walls where insulation matters most. If you're unsure, share your project details with our team.
What is the factory's production capacity?
The fully automatic line produces at least 200,000 lightweight blocks per month. Production halls are covered, so output continues year-round with no seasonal shutdown.
How is consistent block quality ensured?
After molding and pressing, blocks are cured in steam halls under controlled temperature and humidity, and only move to packaging and loading once quality control signs off. That process keeps the variation between the first and last unit of a shipment to a minimum.
Can I visit the factory or place a bulk order?
Yes. The factory is in Tabriz, Tehran Road, opposite the Anata factory, Baharestan district. Call +98 914 116 3866 or +98 41 3633 9022 to arrange a visit or discuss bulk order and delivery terms.
